If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact our support team at support@vivanteastore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective.
